Your portrait will be completed and ready to approve within two weeks of placing your order. We will create your very own web page to view the portrait. Once you have approved the portrait it will be despatched to you.
All you need to do is send me your favourite photo of your pet. If you are ordering a standard head-and-shoulders portrait, a head-and-shoulders photo is preferred. The better the detail and quality of the photo, the easier it will be to capture your pet in a lifelike portrait. I will return your photos to you once the portrait is finished.
To take a great photo, try kneeling down at your pet's level. The best light is found outdoors on a bright, but overcast day (not in direct sunlight). And of course you'll need help! Someone else will need to keep your pet still, ideally in a sitting position. Also, the best photos are often taken when your pet is not focusing on the lens, but is instead distracted by something or someone else.

Placing an order is simple - just fill in the online order form to place a provisional order. Then I'll get back to you straight away to arrange for you to send the photos, either by post or by email.
